This indoor day camp for 10-12-year-olds is designed to educate and enhance the camper's financial literacy learning while infusing:
- entrepreneurship
- work & career readiness
- teamwork
- marketing
- philanthropy
- public speaking
Additional Information:
- Campers will receive camp swag, daily snack (will not contain nuts), and pizza party on Thursday.
- Drop off is 8:45 am – 9 am
- Pick up is 3 pm (only individuals listed in the registration form will be allowed to pick up campers)
- 50 campers is the maximum
- Registration opens March 27

- Day 1 – “My Kind of Town”
What’s in a town or city? Explore JA BizTown, hear from a guest speaker that helps runs a city, complete job applications, create your “vision” board
Introduction to Entrepreneurship, “Shark Tank Style” - Day 2 – “Bank on It” -How/why are banks and credit unions the center of a town/city?
Explore a bank, hear from a real banker, set up your own bank account, get ready for a real interview
Start your Shark Tank Style business plan - Day 3 – “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”
As a business team, prepare for your JA BizTown business, hear from local business owners, and more “Shark Tank Style” fun - Day 4 – “Takin’ Care of Business”
Run JA BizTown, deliver Shark Tank presentations, pizza party and awards
