Jim’s approach to life and learning began early, growing up in the Victor home where everyone was listened to and encouraged to pursue their own individual strengths.

As Jim moved into more of life and business he saw how those early years of encouragement from our parents were playing out successfully in his work. Jim worked with a lot of people and organizations but it was easy to see his investment in Junior Achievement, both personally and professionally, was very special to him for a long, long time.

In JA, he saw how the basic financial tools of life and business were presented, encouraged, and made achievable at every age for those who participated and were eager to learn. It’s those same values and sense of achievement that we’re trying to extend every day in Jim’s memory.
